CDL Car Hauler — Full-Time
Baier Transport is seeking experienced CDL drivers to join our growing fleet. You will be responsible for transporting vehicles between dealerships, auction houses, and private customers across New England, the East Coast, and nationwide routes including our popular New England-to-Florida snowbird service.
Our drivers are the face of our company. You will interact directly with customers and dealership personnel, so professionalism and strong communication skills are essential. We run well-maintained equipment, provide consistent loads, and offer a compensation structure that rewards hard work and safe driving.
Routes vary from local New England runs to multi-day cross-country hauls. We work with you on scheduling preferences and keep you moving with steady, reliable freight — no sitting around waiting for loads.

CDL Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Current DOT physical and medical certificate
- Minimum 2 years of car hauling or flatbed experience preferred
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Willingness to travel multi-day routes (New England, Florida, nationwide)
- Ability to safely load, secure, and unload vehicles using proper equipment
- Basic mechanical knowledge for pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Valid TWIC card preferred but not required

Enclosed Transport Specialist
We are looking for an experienced enclosed transport driver to handle our growing portfolio of luxury, exotic, and classic vehicle shipments. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, white-glove customer service, and experience operating enclosed car carriers.
You will transport high-value vehicles for collectors, dealerships, and auction houses. Vehicles include Ferraris, Porsches, classic muscle cars, and concours-level restorations. If you take pride in handling vehicles worth six and seven figures, this is your role.
- Minimum 3 years enclosed carrier experience
- Clean driving record with no at-fault accidents
- Experience with exotic, classic, and high-value vehicles
- Professional appearance and customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to operate hydraulic lift gates and soft-tie securement systems
- Premium compensation reflecting the specialized nature of the work
