Who hauls your car

About half of our loads ride on Baier trucks with Baier drivers. The rest move with vetted partner carriers that hold active FMCSA authority and insurance on file, booked under our broker authority (Baier Automotive Logistics, MC 1218658). Either way, Baier stays your single point of contact from quote to delivery.

Vehicle Inspection Process

Our thorough inspection process protects both you and your vehicle at every stage.

1

Pre-transport photo documentation

Our driver photographs the vehicle from multiple angles before loading, capturing its exact condition.

2

Detailed condition report (BOL)

A comprehensive Bill of Lading documents every scratch, dent, and imperfection on the vehicle.

3

Customer signs off at pickup

You review and sign the condition report at pickup, confirming agreement on the vehicle state.

4

Delivery inspection with customer

At delivery, we walk around the vehicle with you to compare its condition against the original report.

5

Signed delivery receipt

Both parties sign the delivery receipt, documenting the vehicle arrived in the same condition.

Filing a Claim

If damage occurs during transport, follow these steps to ensure a smooth claims process.

Step 1: Document damage with photos immediately

Step 2: Note it on the delivery receipt
