Snowbird Transport FAQ
When should I book my snowbird transport?
We recommend booking 2-4 weeks ahead during peak season (October-November southbound, March-April northbound). Returning customers can reserve dates up to 3 months in advance.
Can I leave personal items in my vehicle?
You may leave a small amount of personal belongings in the trunk (up to 100 lbs). Items must be below the window line and cannot include valuables, hazardous materials, or anything that could shift during transport.
What if my plans change and I need to reschedule?
We understand plans can change. You can reschedule with at least 48 hours notice at no charge. We will work with you to find the next available date.
Do you offer enclosed transport for snowbird shipments?
Yes. If you want extra protection for a luxury or classic vehicle, enclosed transport is available at a premium. Most snowbird customers choose open transport for the best value.
How does payment work?
We collect a deposit at booking to reserve your date, with the balance due at delivery. We accept major credit cards, checks, and wire transfers.
