Baier charges a fixed, all-inclusive per-mile rate: $1.05/mile from Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire, and $1.15/mile from New York, Connecticut, and Rhode Island, to anywhere in Florida. A Boston-to-Orlando move of about 1,300 miles comes to roughly $1,375 — computed instantly from your exact ZIP codes, rounded to the nearest $5, with no hidden fees.
Book in August or September for October–January transport. Peak southbound demand runs October through December, and early bookings get first choice of pickup windows.
You choose a requested pickup date and we commit to a three-day window around it — for example, requesting October 17 gives you a window of October 16–18. Our office confirms your pickup day, and your driver calls to schedule the exact time. During peak season the window may shift by up to two additional days, always with advance notice.
Your card is charged in full at booking, which locks your fixed rate and reserves your pickup window. You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your requested pickup date for a full refund; inside 48 hours a $25 processing fee applies.
Delivery is estimated within 10 days of pickup. If a delay within our control pushes past that, you receive a $25 credit for every additional day until your vehicle is delivered. Delays we are not in control of — like weather or road closures — are communicated by our office as soon as we know.
Yes — most of our snowbird customers ship both ways. Tell us when you get your quote and we will lock the same fixed rate for your March–May return trip.
